Once you compile to tulip.o (with the linksys settings) and get the pci-scan.c file converted to an o file, the caldera site states to put the tulip.o in the /lib/modules/2.2.14/net directory as well as the pci-scan.o file. That's the correct directory, I just need too compile these two files.
